Homework : when kids get life

They were still teenagers when they caused their terrible accidents; therefore, it is so hard for other people to judge them. People are really confused whether these accidents were truth or not. I mean these accidents make people have some feelings such as awful shocked, sad or something. Everybody think and hope that they are gong to be better. Unfortunately, now in the U.S., the juvenile crimes are increasing. The government of the U.S. and the survivor strongly think that they should not permit their incidents to them. However, I think the juvenile criminals must reflect that they made the incidents, and their lives are going to be long, on the other word, they have still their future. I have really no idea that the law should be changed or not. If I were near the juvenile criminals’ side; it mean I relative them, I think the law does not need to change because of my earlier idea. On the other hand, if I were the survivors’ side, I must insert that it should be changed. It depends on my situation. It is a too complex question to ansewr for me.
